Pickup Locations

Currently, pickup may occur at:

• Gyms or fitness centers where we have arranged customer meet-ups

• Pre-agreed community or business locations

• Select vending machine locations as they become available in the region

Future vending machine sites may serve as official pickup points when established.

If you cannot make a pickup, please contact us to reschedule. Missed pickups may result in a re-delivery fee depending on location and circumstances.

No Third-Party Shipping

We do not currently ship through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers.
Fresh food orders will never be mailed or boxed for shipment.

All orders are:

• Delivered directly by Easy Eats, or

• Picked up at a designated location we confirm with you.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed:

1. We confirm your order via email or text.

2. We schedule your delivery or pickup location.

3. We notify you when we are on the way or when your pickup is ready.

If we cannot reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be held until communication is confirmed.

Changes, Delays, & Weather

Because we deliver personally, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Weather or road conditions

• High-order volume

• Location access or scheduling conflicts

We will always notify you as soon as possible if an adjustment is needed.
